• We offer a lifetime warranty on all our furniture for any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
• The product warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover any damages incurred during transportation after the product has been delivered.
• We want you to be happy with your furniture so if you believe your product is defective, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of receiving your order. Provide them with your order details and a detailed description of the issue. We will guide you through the necessary steps to assess the problem and provide a suitable resolution.
• Depending on the nature of the issue, our warranty service may include repair, replacement, or refund of the product.
• If the warranty claim is valid, we will cover the shipping costs associated with returning the defective product to us and delivering the repaired or replaced product back to you. However, if the issue is deemed to be outside the scope of the warranty, you may be responsible for the shipping costs.
